With the HAVER SOLO M4, Haver & Boecker offers a new and innovative tool for the monitoring of material on conveyor belts. The online analyzer is mobile, works self-sufficiently and provides information on particle shape and particle size. Typical applications are conveyor belts following e.g. crushers, screening machines or pelletizing equipment, where material parameters can be continuously monitored. The data collected are used for both quality monitoring and the control of downstream process steps. Furthermore, for example, a screen failure can be detected very early and appropriate measures can be initiated before high costs arise.
The HAVER SOLO M4 is a compact, self-sufficient plug & play system and can thus be used very flexibly. The integrated data processing as well as the simple assembly and installation allow even rapid change of operation sites without prejudice to the current production or existing plant parts. The result data can be displayed, inter alia, as a trend analysis and provide a quick overview on various devices from Windows PC over Mac up to iOS Smartphones. The periods are freely selectable. With existing network access, also the current status as well as live data can be viewed at any time and from anywhere.
