Regular servicing as preventive system maintenance
NEBOLEX Umwelttechnik GmbH reminds the customer, in time, of the next service date and coordinates the appointment, thus taking care of the customer‘s service planning. Individual checks can be agreed as well as regular maintenance based on maintenance contracts. With time progressing, the customer benefits from prorated travel costs and a warranty extension or full warranty. All plant technicians keep their knowledge and skills up to date, either in manufacturing or in external training courses (compressor). Maintenance intervals are calculated based on the customer‘s information and the plant‘s operating life. If operating conditions change, maintenance periods will be adapted accordingly.
The NEBOLEX Umwelttechnik GmbH has been offering the winter check already for some years. Maintenance is carried out in a professional and competent way, and as such, only original spare parts are used to assure quality. Each maintenance completed is documented, while the customer is provided with the results in the form of a report. The legal bases of such checks are the accident prevention regulations (Unfallverhütungsvorschriften, UVV), enacted by the trade associations.
The test badge “UVV tested” provides assurance with regard to the technically perfect conditions of the customersdust suppression system and/or machine. Furthermore, customers will be reminded of your next maintenance date to ensure adherence to a seamless maintenance cycle. Regular maintenance provides the necessary care, ensuring less outages and safety for employees.
