The newly developed E-PrimeTracker

One of ScrapeTec’s new developments is the E-PrimeTracker, a new idler for conveyor belts. Designed to ensure precise alignment without wear, the E-PrimeTracker redefines conveyor belt management. Even more exciting, these innovative idlers have now been equipped with a state-of-the-art sensor monitoring system, representing a significant step towards predictive maintenance.

Visitors to Powtech 2023 can look forward to a wealth of information when ScrapeTec shares the first results of its E-PrimeTracker case study. With installations in fertiliser and steel plants, these studies will show how the E-PrimeTracker contributes to operational efficiency with its monitoring system. The system’s predictive capabilities will undoubtedly redefine industrial maintenance practices.

The new DustScrape

Dust control takes centre stage when ScrapeTec unveils the new and improved DustScrape. Integrating new technology and design, the improved DustScrape, in collaboration with the non-contact side seal the AirScrape, has exceeded expectations in the field. Two case studies – one with wheat in Australia and the other with gypsum in Germany – are presented to show how these advances have put the need for active dust extraction into perspective. The result? Conveyor belt transfers that are not only dust and spill free, but achieve this without energy consumption.

As the curtain rises on Powtech 2023, Scrapetec stands ready to inform the audience about its pioneering solutions and remarkable successes. The fusion of innovation, technology and real-world impact promises to make a decisive impression on the industrial landscape.
