Atlas Copco, with corporate headquarters in Sweden, has taken over 100 % of the shares of Hartl Anlagenbau GmbH and thus the core business, better known as Powercrusher – mobile tracked crushing and screening plant. Powercrusher will be integrated into the Atlas Copco Surface Drilling Equipment Division (SDE), under the leadership of the president Andreas Malmberg, and from now on is called Atlas Copco Powercrusher Inc. (Fig.). Together with the newly appointed CEO, Eugene Cheng, formerly SDE‘s Business Development Manager, Dominik and Alexander Hartl will lead the company Atlas Copco Powercrusher GmbH into the future. In this new structure and to integrate with SDE, customers and dealers now have the opportunity to benefit from the worldwide sales and service network provided by the Atlas Copco group.
