Fog is part of our climate. Artificially generated fog through water atomization is used effectively in many industrial areas to reduce dust. Dust is a serious issue for recycling and bulk material processing companies.

1 During the shredding process of waste wood for a biomass power plant, armored spray bars with integrated nozzles are installed directly near the material flow. The robust design of the stainless steel enclosures makes them ideal for use in harsh environments. The atomization of the material during the shredding process largely prevents the formation of dust

Various influences on people and the environment are also increasingly the focus of occupational safety authorities. Poor visibility due to dust poses an increased risk of accidents, not only on construction sites. Dangerous situations arise from near collisions or tragic accidents caused by vehicles colliding with work colleagues.

The TA-Luft is the first general administrative regulation to the Federal Immission Control Act. The term TA-Luft stands for the Technical Instructions on Air Quality Control and contains, among other things, calculation regulations for air pollutants and creates uniform legal requirements for plants requiring approval.

Products for complex water atomization have been developed based on in-depth expertise in mechanical engineering and decades of experience with dust binding systems. Water atomization is used in all areas from tunnel construction, underground mining and coal mining to bulk material processing, handling and storage as well as paper, metal and construction waste recycling. An atomization system for dust suppression is also indispensable in quarries, steel and concrete plants, waste incineration plants or on harbour cranes for cargo unloading or ship loading.

NEBOLEX Umwelttechnik has the right system or machine in its portfolio for the most diverse challenges and every application; from small to large. Mobile for testing, rent and/or buy. Stationary as a single-substance or dual-substance system, also as a test system.

If the test or trial is convincing, the machines or systems can be purchased, because only those who have tried them out themselves can be convinced of their performance and have a say.
